🌿 Breathe Bea Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Breathe Bea deodorant, but we also understand things don’t always go as planned. Below you’ll find our policy on returns and refunds.

🚫 Returns for Hygiene Reasons

As Breathe Bea deodorant is a personal care and hygiene product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or used. This is for the safety of all our customers.

✅ Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

Damaged in transit

Faulty

Incorrect (wrong product or quantity received)

Please email us at contact@breathebea.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will be happy to:

Send a replacement, or

Arrange a full refund (including postage, if applicable).

🔄 Change of Mind / Unopened Items

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused deodorant within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

You will be responsible for return postage.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping).

⏱ Processing Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
